Pacifica Commercial Realty has sold the largest office/R&D facility in Santa Barbara.  Mark Mattingly represented FLIR Commercial Vision Systems as well as the Seller, Santa Barbara Realty Holdings LLC, in this 170,000 square foot transaction valued at $29 million.
