  Mark Mattingly represented the Montecito Pet Shop in their recent lease at the Mesa Shopping Center. After 19 years on Coast Village Road, Ellyse Kuhn the owner decided to relocate when her building was sold and her lease was expiring. Montecito Pet Shop will be the only pet shop on the Mesa and will serve the entire Santa Barbara market.
  Arthritis Foundation, Inc. has relocated to 2253 Las Positas Road. They have sublet extra office space from the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara. Gregory P. Bartholomew represented the Sublessor and Peter Borneman represented the Sublessee.
  Mark Mattingly of Pacifica Commercial Realty represented the Buyer and Seller of 416-420 E. Cota Street. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara purchased the leased property for future re-development of affordable housing. Haagen Printing will continue to occupy the Premises until lease expiration. This arrangement allows the Housing Authority to land bank the property for several years, guaranteeing new housing stock in the future.

  Jack ‘N Tool Box leased 2,007 square feet of prime downtown office space at 222 E. Carrillo Street, Suite 107. Gregory P. Bartholomew of Pacifica Commercial Realty represented both the landlord (East Carrillo, LP) and the tenant in the transaction.
  Recovery Road Medical Center leased 1,024 square feet of prime downtown office space at 222 E. Carrillo, Suite 304. Gregory P. Bartholomew of Pacifica Commercial Realty represented both the landlord (East Carrillo, LP) and the tenant in the transaction.
  Peter Borneman of Pacifica Commercial Realty has leased 4223 State Street, which is currently occupied by Muller/Weber Physical Therapy who will consolidate and increase their Cottage Hospital location. The Office/R&D building has 4,778 square feet with 60 parking spaces. The lease will be office space on a 5-year term.
  Peter Borneman represented the Buyer who will move his medical practice, after extensive renovation, into the property at 2305 De La Vina Street next to Cottage Hospital. The selling price at $1,350,000 or $643 per SF for the 2,100 square foot office building continues to demonstrate the strong medical office market in the area.
  The Montecito Property Company, a nation-wide condominium developer, has leased 6,360 square feet of office space at 820 State Street. Erik Wilde and Mark Mattingly of Pacifica Commercial Realty represented the Montecito Property Company.
  Gregory P. Bartholomew and Mark Mattingly of Pacifica Commercial Realty represented Hospice of Santa Barbara in the leasing of 6,540 SF of Class A office space. Upon completion of the new building located at 2050 Alameda Padre Serra, Hospice will relocate to the Riviera Business Park. Expected completion date is December 31, 2006.
