		Blake Andrews, Agent | email Blake Andrews joined Pacifica in 2002. Prior to joining Pacifica, Blake worked in San Francisco in sales within the technology industry where he was an integral part in bringing a company from start-up to one of the fastest growing companies in the entire Bay Area. Since joining Pacifica, Blake has been active in office, industrial and retail leasing. A Santa Barbara native, Blake graduated from the University of Caliornia, Santa Barbara in 1993.
		Greg Bartholomew, Associate Vice President | email Greg Bartholomew has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate in the greater Santa Barbara area on a full time basis since 1992. Over the past decade Greg has been directly involved in more than 250 transactions totaling over 2 million square feet and exceeds $300 million in transaction volume. This production makes him one of the highest producing commercial brokers in the Santa Barbara area. Greg focuses on the office, R&D, and industrial sectors in both sales and leasing.
		Peter Borneman, Associate Vice President | email Peter Borneman specializes in commercial sales and leasing in the Santa Barbara area. Peter has been in commercial real estate in Santa Barbara since 1987, and prior to that was a manager with IBM. Peter has been recognized over the years as one of the leaders in the area for transactions and sales/leasing volume, and in 2003 was designated as Top Producing Agent for Santa Barbara. His focus is a balance of office, industrial and R&D properties in both sales and leasing. Peter has an MBA from Arizona State University and business degree from the University of Denver.
		Mark J. Mattingly, Executive Vice President | email Mark Mattingly manages the company’s brokerage operations throughout Central Coastal California. Mark joined Pacifica in 1990. Previously he served as President of TOLD Real Estate Corporation and Associate Vice President of Coldwell Banker, where he began his career in 1981. Since joining Pacifica, Mark has been actively involved in corporate real estate brokerage in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties with an emphasis on the technology sector, office and industrial properties. He represents several of the largest commercial developments in the region along with many of the region’s leading corporations. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (Business Economics 1978).
		Gene McKnight, Agent | email Gene McKnight specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties. Gene joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in 1993 concentrating on the sales and leasing of retail ,office and industrial buildings, plus the sales of apartment complexes. Prior to joining Pacifica Commercial Realty, Mr. McKnight spent seven years with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company in their Ventura County office. He is a 1981 graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama (B.S. Business Administration, Major in Marketing).
		Erik Wilde, Agent Erik Wilde joined Pacifica in January of 2005 specializing in Commercial Sales and Lease transactions. Prior to joining Pacifica, Erik developed his Real Estate skills with Coldwell Banker in Ventura County. Erik is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Entrepreneurship. Erik also holds a Real Estate Brokers license in the State of California.
		Christos Celmayster, Agent Christos Celmayster was born and raised in Santa Barbara and is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he received his degree in Business Administration Real Estate Finance and a minor in Economics. Christos, prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent, was a Financial Analyst for The Related Capital Company (now known as CharterMac)—one of the nation’s largest providers of debt equity, tax-credit equity, construction and permanent taxable and tax-exempt bond financing for affordable housing developers. Christos has been involved with the sales and leasing of commercial real estate since 2002 and joined Pacifica in 2006 to head their Multifamily Sales Department. His market knowledge along with his industry experience gives him a specialized understanding of multi-family and investment properties.
		James Celmayster, Agent James Celmayster has been selling commercial and investment real estate in the Tri-Counties since 1977. James joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in 2006 as an Associated Vice President. His expertise covers commercial, multifamily, and other investment sales as well as the leasing of commercial real estate. Recognized as one of Santa Barbara’s most accomplished commercial Brokers, James brings his clients over 28 years and over $400 million of successfully closed transactions. James works with his clients to achieve their financial goals by applying a personal, consultative, analytical and practical approach to his transactions. 		Connie Blackwell, Agent | email Connie Blackwell joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in January 2001. Her focus is sales and leasing of office and retail properties in the Santa Maria Valley, including Lompoc and the 5-Cities areas of the Central Coast. She has been instrumental in building the company’s retail and office brokerage practice, representing several of the largest property owners and tenants in this market. Originally from Southern California, Connie graduated from Hartnell College where she studied real estate and business. Connie worked in the Monterey County office of Deloitte & Touche for 15 years and the Pepper Canyon Land & Cattle Company.
		Eddie Garcia, Agent | email Eddie Garcia joined Pacifica in December of 2007 specializing in Commercial Sales and Lease transactions. Prior to joining Pacifica, Eddie spent 3 years as a manager and team leader in the residential market, most recently with Keller Williams Realty. Being an entrepreneur, Eddie also brings business background having owned his own profitable automotive repair shop in San Luis Obispo. Some of Eddie’s other skills include ten years with C.D Lyon Construction as a superintendent. Eddie holds a Real Estate license in the State of California and serves on the Leadership Team at Church for Life of Santa Maria. Eddie specializes in the Central Coast commercial real estate market.
		Chris Garner, Associate Vice President | email Chris joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in January 2007. He specializes in leasing and sales of retail and office properties from Paso Robles to Lompoc. Chris has leased several major retail and office projects on the Central Coasts, including Paso Robles Target Center, Wal-Mart/Albertsons Center in Arroyo Grande, OSH, Longs, Big 5, Ross Center in Pismo Beach, Wal-Mart/Home Depot Center in Santa Maria, Kohl’s Center in Santa Maria, and Tank Farm Office Park in San Luis Obispo. He has also sold several major retail centers and office properties over the last 2 years. Chris started at Coldwell Banker Dan Blough & Associates Commercial Division in 1989, just after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After 4 years, he moved to Prime Commercial, where he worked in retail real estate for nearly 15 years. Chris has been an active member of I.C.S.C. for several years.
		Gerald Jankowski, Agent | email Gerald Jankowski has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate in the greater Santa Maria and Central Coast market for over 20 years. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is past President of "Improve North County" (INC), as well as being an active member of the Santa Maria Economic Development Association and the Chamber of Commerce. Gerald is widely recognized as a leading expert on retail properties in Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo counties. Gerald is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara.
		Mike Kelly, Agent | email Mike Kelly specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in northern Santa Barbara County and southern San Luis Obispo County. After graduating as a student athlete from Righetti High School, Mike attended UCLA, where he volunteered hundreds of hours both as an academic tutor and as a member of the UCLA Alumni Association. He graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and his work experience includes internships with Chevron Texaco at the El Segundo oil refinery and with Boston Scientific at their San Jose R&D lab. Most recently, Mike was a loan officer at Wachovia Home Loans in San Luis Obispo.
		Brian LaCabe, Associate Vice President | email Brian LaCabe, a graduate of U.C.S.B. in 1987, began his real estate career in San Luis Obispo County in 1989. Formerly with “Prime Commercial Real Estate” in Santa Maria until 2006, Brian has specialized in the sales and leasing of retail commercial properties in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties since 1996. In particular, Brian along with Chris Garner, was instrumental in the leasing of “The Crossings”, “Five Cities Center” and “The Crossings at Paso Robles”, the Central Coast’s most recent power centers. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, (I.C.S.C.), Brian regularly attends the West Coast I.C.S.C. conventions in Monterey, Las Vegas and Palm Springs where he markets local retail properties to national retailers.
		Natali McConnell, Agent | email Natali McConnell joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in June 2007. She specializes in the leasing and sales of retail and office properties in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in December 2002, she worked as the Loans & Acquisitions Administrator for Inland Pacific Builders, Inc. During her time with IPB she was able to gather valuable knowledge and experience in numerous aspects of real estate development. Natali is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and regularly attends regional conferences.
		Pat Palangi, Associate Vice President | email Pat Palangi specializes in Industrial Property sales and leasing in the Santa Maria and North Santa Barbara County markets. He has worked continuously for Pacifica Commercial Realty in its Santa Maria office since 1991 and together with Jerry Schmidt, has completed the majority of all industrial transactions in the market since that time. They also continue to successfully market such high profile properties like Skyway Business Park, Gateway Business Center and Thompson Industrial Park.
		Jerry Schmidt, Associate Vice President | email Jerry attended the Business Management School at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. In 1987, he began his industrial real estate career working in the San Francisco Bay area’s “Silicon Valley” as an Industrial/R&D specialist. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Jerry specializes in the industrial sector of the Central Coast real estate market. His association with Pacifica (formerly Beaver-Free Corp.) began in 1989 when he opened the Santa Maria satellite office. As the senior industrial real estate specialist in our Santa Maria Office, Jerry has extensive contact and interaction with local government, businesses, developers, and regional employers. Jerry serves the City of Santa Maria as a Sworn Police Officer with the SMPD Reserve Division. He also is a Contributing Editor of the UCSB North County Economic Forecast Project, and serves on the Board of Directors at Calvary Chapel of Santa Maria.

		Bryan Beckham, Broker | email Bryan Beckham brings over 18 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience to Pacifica. Bryan specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial or industrial properties and has represented numerous parties in qualified 1031 tax-deferred property exchanges. A graduate of Santa Clara University, Bryan has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker for more than 12 years. 		T. Newlin Hastings, Chief Financial Officer & Broker | email Newlin Hastings is the founder of Hastings Enterprises, a commercial real estate company that merged with Pacifica Realty in 2008. Founded in 1989 and based in Paso Robles, Hastings Enterprises helped to shape the character of Paso Robles through its industrial brokerage services and retail and public development projects including the Granary, the historic Train Depot, the Food 4 Less Center and most recently the Gateway Center at First and Spring Streets. Newlin’s real estate career began in 1974 in development brokerage in Western Massachusetts. Moving to Paso Robles in 1979, Newlin was a founding partner in Coldwell Banker Western Properties, one of the first independently owned offices under the Coldwell Banker brand. With a sincere interest in community, sports, redevelopment of historic structures, economic development and the nurturing of new and innovative commercial real estate projects, Newlin remains vitally involved in the Paso Robles community and the greater Central Coast region.
		Corban Holland, Agent | email Corban Holland joined Pacifica in 2007 and is a Sales Agent based in the Paso Robles office. He holds a degree in finance from Oral Roberts University and is a member of the family that owns Holland Construction, builder and operator of the new Holiday Inn Express in Atascadero and other development projects in the Central Coast area. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business, Holland taught bilingual elementary school in Honduras for more than three years as part of the Hurricane Mitch Relief effort.
