Christos Celmayster, Agent Christos Celmayster was born and raised in Santa Barbara and is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where he received his
degree in Business Administration Real Estate Finance and a minor in Economics. Christos, prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent, was a Financial Analyst for The Related Capital Company (now known as CharterMac)—one of the nation’s largest providers of debt equity, tax-credit equity, construction and permanent taxable and tax-exempt bond financing for affordable housing developers. He has also sold several major retail centers and office properties over the last 2 years. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Jerry specializes in the industrial sector of the Central Coast real estate market. His association with Pacifica (formerly Beaver-Free Corp.) began in 1989 when he opened the Santa Maria satellite office. As the senior industrial real estate specialist in our Santa Maria Office, Jerry has extensive contact and interaction with local government, businesses, developers, and regional employers. Jerry serves the City of Santa Maria as a Sworn Police Officer with the SMPD Reserve Division. Newlin Hastings is the founder of Hastings Enterprises, a commercial real estate company that merged with Pacifica Realty in 2008.
Founded in 1989 and based in Paso Robles, Hastings Enterprises helped to shape the character of Paso Robles through its industrial brokerage services and retail and public development projects including the Granary, the historic Train Depot, the Food 4 Less Center and most recently the Gateway Center at First and Spring Streets.
Newlin’s real estate career began in 1974 in development brokerage in Western Massachusetts. Moving to Paso Robles in 1979, Newlin was a founding partner in Coldwell Banker Western Properties, one of the first independently owned offices under the Coldwell Banker brand.
